We are goin’ to CHINA Ya’ll!

I have been so neglectful of the blog – mostly because I’m running around like a chicken with her tail feathers on fire.  So, just to keep everyone in the loop, we leave the 11th and return the 26th just in time for Thanksgiving.  Boy, do we have a lot to be thankful for!
